My wife and I were very nervous to move during a pandemic. But the crew wore masks and gloves the entire time they were packing up our home, loading and unloading. They reported at the start of the job that each of them had their temperatures taken for safety. They were even very careful about social distancing. Their extreme professionalism and attention to detail took the stress out of moving during COVID 19.

They offered to pack my belongings which was such a relief given my busy schedule. My move was kind of last minute but they were so accommodating. In the past, I've had some bad experiences with movers. They broke my stuff, showed up smelling like smoke (ugh) and worse, charged me more than they quoted. This move was different. When I first contacted Suite Mark movers, a live person answered the phone. They were so courteous and detailed. When they came to my house, they took a fast inventory to make sure that everything was in place. The moving guys were professional, fast and very careful. They also packed all of my things (I had a 3-bedroom house) and cleaned in the end. Basically, they did it all. My faith in a moving company has definitely been restored.
